About AlphaKey Club™

Since it's founding, AlphaKey Club™ has worked with schools and youth organizations in New York City, Florida as well as the Dominican Republic. The organization was founded to support early literacy and self-expression through reading with discussion, and creative art in underserved communities. AlphaKey Club™ has worked with the Children's Museum of Manhattan, Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance, Barnes & Nobles, Dream Project and other notable agencies.

Alphakey Club™ is available for school residencies and workshops, for all grades, centered around literacy, mentorship and self-reflection. Participants engage in book discussions, art creation and movement activities. The AlphaKey alphabet promotes empathy, positive expressions and support for self and for others. The workshops offer opportunities that engage children in art and dance to foster philanthropy, teamwork, self-expression, and to build self-esteem. The program has proven to foster powerful discussions for any age group or business.
The AlphaKey Club™ workshops provide a safe space for young people to freely express themselves through conversation, art and movement, while determining how to succeed and be change makers in their communities.

Zoom! Zoom! is a heartwarming story aimed at supporting neurodivergent children, particularly those in early elementary grades.

The book follows the journey of Jordan, a young student, who experiences fast-paced thoughts and a sometimes chaotic mind. Jordan often finds himself/herself impulsively moving, grabbing, or hyper-focusing on certain activities—behaviors that may be challenging in a traditional classroom setting.

Through vibrant storytelling and relatable scenarios, Zoom! Zoom!helps children and adults alike understand the inner workings of a busy mind, while also providing strategies for managing and embracing these differences.

While the story is told from the perspective of a young student, the book is intended to be a resource for teachers, parents of neurodivergent learners, and professionals who work with children, including special education teachers, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and learning specialists.

Target age group: PreK - 2nd grade
